Julie Carter – Art Teacher

Mrs. Carter joined All Saints in 2021. Mrs. Carter has thirty-four years of experience in education both as an art teacher and an administrator. Mrs. Carter earned a Bachelor of Art Education in her hometown of Savannah, Georgia. She has a Masters of Art Education through Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters of Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Carter was honored as the Tidewater Elementary Art Teacher of the Year in 2004.
