PTO/Volunteering

The goal of the All Saints Catholic School PTO is to foster a relationship between the school, teachers, and the community that will ensure the success of all of our students.  The PTO hosts several events and fundraisers throughout the year to bring the school community together and strengthen partnerships with the community.  These events and fundraisers are held to raise funds that directly contribute to the advancement of All Saints Catholic School.

All families at All Saints Catholic are invited, welcome, and encouraged to attend PTO meetings and volunteer at school events! Go Knights!

Parent Volunteers are ESSENTIAL to All Saints Catholic School!

All Saints parents are awesome volunteers!

To continue fostering the fellowship and community spirit at All Saints Catholic School, we rely on the dedication of our family volunteers for various events and fundraisers throughout the year.

Each All Saints family is required to complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours from August through June. Several opportunities to volunteer will be communicated via school announcements and the PTO Pulse. These opportunities may include signing up to assist at school events, serving as a room parent, chaperoning classroom field trips, participating in school beautification projects, and more.

Once you’ve completed your volunteer hours, please fill out the All Saints Volunteer Hour Completion Form.

VIRTUS Volunteer Training

All volunteers must be screened by Child Protective Services and VIRTUS trained. VIRTUS training is about protecting God’s children and is FREE. It is offered at many convenient times, including at All Saints. The VIRTUS trainings are held online. Registration required. To register for a training session and to complete your Screening One form, go to www.virtusonline.org.  Click on “begin the registration process” and create a user account.  All Saints is part of the Richmond Diocese.

Click here for a Confidentially Statement.  Please submit this statement and a copy of your VIRTUS training certificate to the office.  Donations of $4 to cover processing costs are most appreciated, but not required.  Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Then you can begin volunteering! Opportunities include:

  • classroom assistance
  • field trip chaperone
  • after-school club/sport assistance
  • PTO events (see schedule below)
  • Breakfast with the Saints server
  • front office assistance
  • painting, cleaning, etc.

Thank you for being so committed to our school community!

The PTO will announce the All Saints Family and Class with the most volunteer hours at the end of the school year!

Questions about volunteering or submitting your hours? Please email [email protected].
